Melissa Downes

Melissa Downes has been studying films for many years. She has a BA in Film Studies from NC State 2022, and an MA in Film Studies from NAC State once she graduates in 2025. She has passionately pursued the craft and been assisting in many roles on film sets for some time now. Going from assistant director duties, to running the sound department, to even assisting with lighting duties. Melissa's knowledge and talents shine through all of her work and reflect her passion for the art of film. Also, not matter what she says and she might deny it, her favorite movie is the 2002 Tom Brady (Not the Football player) picture The Hot Chick.
